A one hour appointment including conversation, a comprehensive physical examination, and development of a treatment plan to meet your needs.

Evaluation and return appointments are both one hour.

Wear something non-binding and comfortable. Athletic wear is suggested.

The frequency and duration of your treatment will be determined based on the results of your evaluation and requirements to achieve your goals.
